Mark Wilson BSc MRICS
Managing Director

Mark is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer whose background is in residential valuation, residential estate agency, property letting and management. He has been developing myleasehold ltd since the introduction of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 as amended; as the relaxation in the qualifying conditions simplified the process and thus increased the demand for professional valuation services.

He has always followed Leasehold reform practice and law and was a founder member of ALEP, the Association for Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners. Mark promotes higher professional standards in the complex field of Leasehold Reform. He maintains an active interest in the residential sector in general and currently holds a seat on the RICS Lettings Management Group.

Jennifer Freeborn BSc MRICS
Chartered Surveyor

Jennifer brings plenty of experience of the Leasehold Reform sector from her time at prominent Brighton-based firms, covering the South-East for landlord and tenant clients. Over the past 25 years, she has worked her way up from estate agent and property auctioneer, training to become a chartered valuation surveyor. Her experience includes estate management; residential and commercial secured lending work; other ‘Red Book’ based valuations; as an expert witness to the London and Southern Panels of the First Tier Tribunal, for matrimonial disputes and for matters of arbitration. Jennifer’s real love is Leasehold Reform however, as this pulls together her customer service skills, valuation disciplines, and negotiation skills developed during her years in agency. She is delighted to have joined myleasehold giving her the opportunity to build on her London experiences and continuing to assist clients obtaining the best for their assets.

When not enjoying the sights of London, Jennifer can be found being entertained by her family, taking in Sussex country walks or growing vegetables and finding new recipes for them.

After two previously aborted attempts we have just completed the extension of the lease on our property in Wimpole Street.

Fortunately this time we asked myleasehold to manage the entire process for us, which proved to be a wise move due to the excellent service and comprehensive level of support.

I cannot recommend myleasehold highly enough.
